[IMail Forum] Long paragraphs gets cut off

We have a customer that wants to use a Emerge mass mailing software. However
when they send out a test message, the received message has long paragraphs
cut off. The same message received on a Linux is fine.

Has anyone worked with Emerge software and experienced the same thing?

What could be the reason for this error?
