And how do you keep users from using it to send mass mailings to all of your users?  I always thought that would be a security issue in Imail, short of using it to create a private list with only the moderator being allowed to post to the list.

well, there is mailall utility, but this is not the EASIEST way.
 
This is what I do: I use another Ipswitch utility to exrtact all users of domain nad put them in the list called "allfokls". Then I just e-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED]. To automate this I use NT scheduler that updates my "allfolks" list in the above manner 4 times a day, so my list is always up-to-date.
 
It takes some time to set it up, but after this you can e-mail to all your users from any mail client.
