[IMail Forum] please help!

One of my clients (virtual host with IP) can't use SMTP mail for his virtual server efactory.com All of my other clients can with no problem on their virtual servers, I too cannot get efactory.com to work as virtual host, it doesn't find the server. I know for a fact as I looking at the dns server and MX records it is setup right, it is setup the way every other virtual host is.
