Hi Court, No answers for sure, just some troubleshooting ideas...   You might check out a free site.. http://www.network-tools.com   It shows the mx record is: efactory.com 1 MX preference: 100 exchange: mail11.burlee.com   You may want to compare that with your other virtual hosts.   You did not mention what the user was entering as smtp mail host or when or what the problem is in very much detail...   Does it happen when he tries to connect to his smtp server?
