1. What is the default time IMail will store the mail (when it's setup to do
store & forward) before it sends it back to the sender?
2. Is there a limit on the message size (including attachments) with store
and forward?
3. How can I view the stored mail or know that mail is stored? It's not
showing up in the mail spool.
4. Is there a way to manually "kick start" the forwarding once the customers
mailserver is up again?
