Mike,
I'm afraid I don't know the answer and can only offer suggestions. As I
said, I saw problem like you described with pre-SP4 and IMail Admin, so I
guess I'd say go to SP6a as it should be 'better' than SP4. And the comments
about Rodopi, were what others had told me and I was only relaying that.
The only other time I have seen IMail Admin do what you see was when the
IMail portion of the registry was corrupted. So, I guess I'd remove that
complete branch and re-install IMail. Then using IMail DB, add a domain or 2
and then a few users and see if that works. If it does, then I would think
the problem is registry corruption. Not sure how you would proceed from this
point. Sometimes one can isolate bad data by only using 1/2 of it at a time,
and if that works, try the other half. If you find the bad half, half again
and repeat until the bad piece is small enough to throw away and rebuild
manually.
