Kevin,

A restart should not be needed if a new domain is added. However if it helps
(meaning give it a try!), then I suspect there may be a 'name resolution'
problem and the problem will reoccur, after some time, unless this is fixed.
One of the most likely causes is the HOSTS file and the data it contains.
Especially if the Primary domain/IP is not using the computers _real_ TCPIP
host/domain names. I've mentioned how this should be set, many times before,
in this Forum.

If the domains were external, then I would suspect DNS problems (another
form of 'name resolution').
