Phil your comment certainly is supported by log files and undeliverables returned to postmaster account.   Once an email + recipient is processed shouldn't it be removed from the "list" for that smtp process?   Any work arounds? Can anyone offer some suggestions?     Each time I post to my list it will email the recipients 2 OR more times.   Below is the Imail environment for my list:   *Private list *Posting by Moderator only *List members ~ 43,000 *SMTP processes allocated in registry = 60 *SMTP processes used for list = 25 *Users per SMTP process = ~ 1,720 *Imail 6.05 *List posting ocurrs off-peak at 23:55 PST *User.lst has been "scrubbed" fro dupliactes, invalid users, hosts & local users(to avoid looping). *Hardware & resources is NOT an issue.   Any suggestions?
