That would end up blocking me, I'm in the 63 network. Block at the second
octet.
Do some trace routes at various IP boundries to determine the networks used
from a particular pop. Then look at the name of the ip most uunets dial up
ips are easily identifiable.
Examples:
1Cust194.tnt6.salem.or.da.uu.net[63.39.29.194]
geeax3-099.dialup.optusnet.com.au[198.142.133.99]
host-216-77-213-64.fll.bellsouth.net[216.77.213.64]
Or install IMGate. I just started using it on 2/10 and it blocks alot of
junk!
