One of my users is reporting problems connecting to the IMail server from
Outlook Express on both his desktop and laptop. Yet he has no problem
accessing his mail on our server when going through a browser and Web
Messaging.
The error he gets on his desktop and laptop is as follows:

Is this a setup error on his side or on the server side? Any thoughts would
