The only secure relay option is "relay for addresses".  This means 
Imail users not in the set of relayed-for addresses must use SMTP 
AUTH to relay through your Imail.  All other relay options are 
insecure (except for no relay, but that's unusable).

I recommend that your users send their outgoing mail through the 
access providers' SMTP servers.  Simpler, quicker, and more reliable 
for everybody.   In fact, some access providers force all mail relay 
to go through the access providers mail servers.
