Scott,
Are you saying that the mail addresses for these users look like:
dandonnelly.ipswitch.com (looks like a FQDN to me!) instead of
[EMAIL PROTECTED]?
I have never heard of being able to change the '@' to a '.' in IMail.
I would use standard 'search and replace' techniques to change the address.
Search for '.ipswitch.com' and replace with '@ipswitch.com'.
