Yes, in my cases they only use IE5 and now 5.5. Some images and attachments will show up as garbage. Someone on the list found that if a message was sent in a particular way from OE, then the message would not come through cleanly. I don't know where this is being taken to at ipswitch though. Ergo, my finger is pointing to Imail :)
