Brilliant.  You're spot on.  As soon as I disabled the MS SMTP service on my
Proxy, I got the green light on my IMail server.

You don't want to be running the MS SMTP service with IMail! Disable it or
make it use a different port. Check the Ipswitch KB for more info!
