[IMail Forum] IMail Server and MS Outlook

I am having a problem getting our MS Outlook program to share calendars with other people in our offices.  Some of the calendar updates go one way and sometimes I find the updates sitting in the persons inbox and never making it to Outlook.  Has anyone ever had this problem and is it associated with something in the Imail program?  I am running version 5.  Any help would be appreciated.
