[IMail Forum] Lost Messages

I've got a user that after he reads his mail and logs off then back on, all the 
messages that have been read are gone!  Has anyone else had this problem?  Any 
solutions or ideas?

I deleted and recreated his account and all seems well at the moment, but I'd hate to 
have this happen on a larger scale.
