Where was this happening? In his E-mail client or in web messaging? Most E-mail
clients will delete mail off the server after they retrieve it, so if he was switching
between an E-mail client and web messaging, he could experience "missing" E-mail.
You can check to see if he still has mail on the server, by checking to see if there
is a main.mbx file in the users' directory. If so (and it's not 0 bytes), he still
has mail in there.
