IMail wasn't designed to serve graphics, and occasionally chokes on images (and the 
browser will show the "[X]" instead).

If it's a problem, you can copy the graphics to a real web server, and have them 
served from there.  You just need to change the references to them in the files in 
\IMail\web\ to point to the web server.
