Make sure the hostname you're using in the URL (the "mail.whatever.com"
part of the URL) is listed as either the official host name, or a host
alias, in the IMail Admin console | virtual domain |
General tab.

Send your URLs and test logins to [EMAIL PROTECTED] if you continue to have
trouble.
