IMail's web messaging service is GREAT at serving the templates... when I
said to serve the images with a "real" webserver, it just meant that IIS
is much better at serving the images on each page.

If you configure KillerWebMail to use an image folder that's served by
IIS, you won't have any missing image problems... guaranteed. You can
specify a separate path for SSL mode, too, so that the images can come
from your secure IIS server and prevent the user from seeing the dreaded
"some objects on this page are not secure" warning.

As an added benefit, serving all the images with IIS on a separate box can
take a significant load of the IMail server. GIFs will typically amount to
about 2-5X the Kb load as compared to the raw text of the pages.
