Howdy:
I am a new subscriber to this listserv.
Fairly regularly when we send an attached .doc or .pdf file using Outlook
2000 through Imail the receiver ends up getting a screwed up file. i.e.
Test.doc will show up in another users mailbox as YPTB8ULY.unq. When you try
to open it obvioulsy the filename and extension have somehow been changed
and cannot be opened. However if you do a save target as of the webmail
module it will save as YPTB8ULY.unq.doc or .pdf and can be opened. We are
getting killed by this. Can anybody help?
