Depends on how observant they are. I noticed OE would show in the lower
right corner something like 'new message', but after send/recv, a new
message did not show up. Took me a couple months to figure out what it was
doing and try Web MSG to see if I could figure out which message it was (of
course, I use IMAP and leave message on server, so lots to search through!).
