Dustin,
Take a look at my prior messages to this list. I present an explanation of
the cause for invisible mail and how I tested it. You should try the same
with your system to see if it's the same problem.
Whether or not it's the same begs two important questions: what can be done
about it and why doesn't Ipswitch comment on it?
