I create users by email as setting Program Alias to point to adduser.exe I had Set the program alias reslove to: c:\imail\adduser -h your.hostname -f Since IMail passes the message contents to the command line as a .tmp file appended to the end of the command line, the -f option automatically sees the .tmp file as the needed text file and adds whatever users are in the message body. And a new user account is created by just sending a mail.
