To allow seamless logon from a web server to the IMail server I am forcing
log on to the web server and storing username and password as session
variables on the web server. Then I submit a form on the web server with
an action of the login.cgi on IMail Server. However, this does require the
username and password being written to the page which has the form, and
hence from a security point of view is not very good. Is there any way of
allowing this logon to all take place on the server side?
