You cannot 'copy your license' with IMail. You could try installing the
version you purchased (resetting services to manual and stopping them) then
try patching up again (assuming you could patch up from that point before).
If you are still under warranty or have a Service Agreement, Support will be
able to get you access to the full version to install. If you fall outside
of this, not sure what Ipswitch can do, but best to contact Support.
