With all the talk on this subject, I have a scenario I'd like to throw out
there. We host a legitimate adult video retailer on one of our servers, on
their own IP address. They send out bulk mail frequently to people who have
ordered from them in the past. I've always considered the ordering process
a form of "opting in." At the bottom of all e-mails they have legalese that
says to reply with REMOVE in the subject to leave the list. And they do
remove the person when requested to do so. Is this all kosher under the
fascist regime of mail-abuse.org? Just curious.

Thanks
Adam
