Bill,
Easy one! The user is scrambling his email address, so he does not get
spammed. See the quotes around the address? Remove them and replace with <
at the beginning and > at the end (IMail is happy without these, but your
mail client might not be).
See, in the header below that you sent, in the From: line, your address,
make it like that.
Actually, that is a more complete form of an email address. Mine would be:
"Daniel Donnelly" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> (GRRRR... OE changed it to a link,
had to fix it !!!!!)
See the header of this message (the copy I sent directly, not the one from
the list!) and that is what you should see! (Please reply to the list
message, not the one I sent to you!)
So your friend is putting his email address, into the part that would
normally contain his 'Name' and with nothing more, IMail cannot find the
'null' domain or the host to send the email to (nothing is in the <address>
part).
