That's not what mine says and I think IPSwitch is right on track if
they're saying what we all think they're saying. We've never used tech
support (nor do I ever see us doing so in the future). We purchased the
service agreement for the next major release which never came within our
service agreement.

I don't believe it says that you will get the update if your contract

expired. It says "While your current Service Agreement remains current
you
will receive your shipment of version 7.0 ...". I think that means that
if
your agreement is current when v7.0 is released you will get it.
