We've switching everything to win2000.  It is much more stable and reliable 
than NT
and has built in "Terminal Services" (akin to PC Anywhere without the 
lockup problems).
It is also faster & more efficient.  Worth the switch.  Also, they are now 
up to SP2
(service pack 2), so there have been lots of patches & updates.

As far as XP, it will be out next year, but I'd give it another 3-6 months 
for other
people to work out the kinks.  I think the Win2K upgrade is worth it for 
the performance,
reliability and Terminal Services alone.  As for XP, I'm not real familiar 
with the details,
but knowing what I know now about Win2K, it is that good that I don't see a 
reason to switch to XP.

I also doubt that IMail 7 will be "optimized" to take advantage of XP, so 
the "benefits" of XP
could be wasted.
