It all depend on the number of users you're licensing. They used to
have two categories, 250 and unlimited. Now they're creating a 1000
user license at the price that unlimited used to be and have upped
the price of the unlimited license.
If you've got a 250 user license, or you downgrade from a unlimited
to a 1000 user license the price stays the same. If you stick with
the unlimited license the price is increasing.
