I've got some really angry customers that can't use WebMail
with AOL.

Background: we recently upgraded to IMail 6.06 after running version
5 for quite a while. Now, AOL users can't get in. Immediately
after entering their name and password, they are thrown right back
to the initial logon screen.

When this first happened two years ago, we checked the option
"ignore source address" in WebMessaging and that fixed it.

Now, with IMail 6.06, even after installing the latest cumulative
hotfix, it won't work.

I've tried all combinations of this setting, the pool threads, and
other settings to no avail so far. (Initial contact with Ipswitch
Tech support had me changing those settings.)

I now have my client's AOL login so I can test/verify myself. Until
now, I had to keep calling them on the phone as I didn't have AOL
here. (So now, at least testing possible fixes will be easier.)

The problem happens with both direct modem dial-up to AOL, or
using TCP/IP as the transport for AOL on top of either a regular
ISP dial-up or a LAN connection (DSL).

Does anyone know how to fix this? The IMail log says:
