I believe that the command line programs still must be run at the IMail 
server (although with Windows 2000, you could use terminal services to run 
them remotely).

I hadn't heard anything wrong with ETRN previously.  But, we don't use ETRN 
and haven't tested it with 7.0.

That's simply called "POP3 before SMTP", and I am not aware of that being 
added.

Web admin, as far as I know, is handled in the same way (although there 
have been some enhancements to it, such as system stats and user stats, 
which is kind of cool).
