They could only handle a few million queries per MONTH?  5,000,000 queries 
a month is only about 160,000 queries a day.  IMail can easily send out 
many more E-mails than that, and sending an E-mail is a *lot* more work 
than a DNS lookup.

Are you sure that wasn't per day?
