Looks like they're blocking ICMP at the router level, so you'll never reach
the mail server via ping or tracert. The mailserver's up and healthy though.

But I would agree that for truly useful list management or large lists iMail
isn't the most suitable - unless you've got plenty of time and nothing to
do. :-) I hope v7 will prove me utterly wrong.
