Doesn't matter the username and passwords they send don't work.  I feel I've
been left twisting in the wind.  First they said we did not have a valid
service contract then they said we did, expires in July.  My bosses said if
there was no contract, we would migrate to another product and I talked than
out of it. Now I look like the prize fool as the email information Ipswitch
sent does not work.  I sent them a message that I take this to mean they are
revoking their offer of an upgrade.  I am now reviewing possible candidates
to replace Imail.
