I used to delete users from the external database when they left the company
or at least change their password so that they could no longer send or
recieve mail. Is there any setting in the flag field in the external
database that would effectivly prevent a user from sending and recieving
email? I don't want to delete the user in case their male must be reviewed
at a later date but obviously I don't want that employee to continue sending
and recieveing mail?
