They are good boxes, I bought a complete set from them because I am not too
familiar with linux and wanted a turnkey Op. However their tech support
sucks. (Worse than IPswitch-if you have a problem with them)
Their list is not open to subscribers unless you are a customer. As a
customer I am yet to get onto that list, even after emailing their tech
support 4 times. The list is not a discussion list anyway, it is an
announce. So no help from their customers. (At least Imail has this list.)
The product as I said, is quite good. The problem (insurmountable it seems)
I have is getting the Cisco router to cooperate with the linux box. I get
about 4-20% packet loss through the bridge.
