Declude junk mail would cost less than a new server, but you may still need
to block the IP addresses.  Postfixgate has many of the entries you
mentioned below entered within 24 hours of hitting our network.  If you
build a 1U server using an evercase.com case, we could work out something
for me to walk you through a RedHat 7.1 install.  If you would prefer to
build a server and install FreeBSD then Len Conrad is the man for the job.
No matter how you slice it, you won't be able to sleep at night without
doing something to lessen your vulnerabilities, and Postfix is the best way
to do that.  If you want my assistance contact me off the list.
