You might want to try http:\\www.tracert.com . You can do traceroutes to
anywhere from many different places over the world.

But I still can't get to the web site at all. My dns resolves the name to
the IP address, but no web page comes up.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Web Messaging

I have 2 problem users who say that they can never check their email via the
web. I am version 7.02 and using the stock templates. Only these 2 people
seem to be having any problems. I am not sure I believe it is an issue but
has anyone else exepienced something like this. Their complaint is that it
takes forever to get to the site and if they get to it they can't do much of
anything else before getting dns errors. They won't give me the results of
a tracert (they have 10 - 20 min, yes they say it will actually take that
long before getting timed out, to wait on a login but not 2 min to do a
tracert). If possible can anyone here try going to http://mail.theroi.com
or do a tracert to 216.83.198.22. I need some outside help.
