David,

This discussion list has been operating on geological time for several
weeks. You may have missed Matthew's posting where he said that he traced
the problem to his ISP and that access or lack thereof was dependent on the
area you are coming from (I'm paraphrasing here).

Hope you get this before Xmas (2001)...
