When I got Imail 2 years ago we set it up like the example in the manual.
Which is:

OHN=mail.domain.com
Alias=domain.com

But your saying I should go back and change the domains that we've set-up
like that? Haven't had any user complaints. About 2000 users across 5
domains.

Since I've been following the list for about 6 months I've seen the
everybody seems to use the opposite:

OHN=domain.com
Alias=mail.domain.com

Is the only reason for this so that the return address will be "domain.com"?
Or are there other issues involved.

It seems if there weren't any issues to changing the OHN then Ipswitch
would've/could've/should've made it possible to do from the administrator.
Basically, what I think I'm asking is, What are the pros and cons to
configuring either way? AND Why would Ipswitch show this in the manual and
the KB if it were better to reverse it? (yes people, that was serious
question)(I can think of enough sarcastic answers myself so unless it's
REALLY good pls spare it.

Thanks

David
