You can set the reply to address globally by highlighting the users 
folder(localhost/mail.domain.com/users) and then set reply to and set it to domain.com

that will change the reply to to domain.com for all your existing users.  But as soon 
as you add new users, their reply to will be mail.domain.com until changed.

however, it will change ALL reply to addresses for the domain in question so if you 
had someone with a different account as the reply to, it will change it to the default 
as well.
