Couldn't you make the main host lets say mail.domain1.com in this case and
make aliases of
domain1.com domain2.com domain3.com
And then make your MX records for all three come to lets say
mail.domain1.com
So then all the mail should be recieved for all three domains to one domain.
just a theory. sounds like it would work.
