no, not really, the only way to know is to send them msg.
SMTP VRFY would be one way, but I assume most mail servers have SMTP VRFY off.
bounces for dead accounts, accounts over mailbox quota, typos in addresses,
mail servers that are down or overloaded, etc, etc, etc, are a fact of life
for email admins.
