I simply rebooted the server and all seems to be working fine now.
However, I'm concerned that there is some other problem that I'm not 
addressing that may cause this to re-occur. The logs don't show [0.0.0.0] 
any more, and there is no error 10054 either.
Is there something I'm missing?
