In WebShield on the delivery page,

Mail Read tab should be set to port 25.

Mail Send should say port 2025 with a check mark in the box next to
WebShield and the Mail Server ...

Delivery Method depends on your setup. I have a secondary mail server
so I have set it to "Try Direct Send, then Mail Relays, then DNS
Lookup". Make sure there are checks next to the ones you will use and
click the Edit button for each.

For Direct Send put in your domain name twice, once with just the domain
name and then the domain name followed by a period.

example:
domain.com
domain.com.

Under Mail Relays I have All remaining domains followed by the name of
my secondary mail host.

Under DNS Lookup I have my DNS server listed.

This setup allows local mail to be delivered immediately to the Imail
server. If my secondary mail server is up, external mail is sent to it
for delivery (taking a load off my Imail server). Finally, if the
secondary is down WebShield uses DNS to send the mail itself.

If you don't have a server to use as a relay, just disable that option
and set up the Direct Send and DNS methods.

You also might want to use a higher port number (8025 or something like
that). After a reboot 2025 won't be in use but if you have to restart
Imail after the server has been running a while 2025 might be taken
before you get Imail running again. Then you'll get weird problems
where it appears to be running but nothing gets delivered.
