Dunno - it's hard to say, but have you tried a clean install on a test box
following the instructions to the letter...also, weakness in the imail
webserver could be a problem that hurts serving up any graphic banners -
anyway, banners stink :)
have you tried HKSI templates they built the ability in to serve graphics
from a real web server on the same or another machine...
