Try This. I have my Classic Templates working like this but I am not 100% sure how
the gold will react. In the header.cgi file the last line looks like:
<tr> <td valign="top" bgcolor="#FFCC33"><FONT FACE="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"
SIZE=4>
in between the <td> and the <font> place the code for your ad. Once you have done
this look at the web mail. It should place the ad in every page that way. If it
doesn't look right let me know and give me a demo sign on and maybe I can help further
