[IMail Forum] Email Timeout

Am experiencing a problem in which one our dial-up users is trying to send an email with an attachment of approx. 450k.  At 3/4 through the transfer he gets a message saying the server has not responded in 60 seconds(using outlook express).  He has tried this with different computers and still experiences the same problem.  I had him send the message out through another SMTP server which he still had an account with and it went through fine.  Have tried the solution on Imail's knowledge base suggesting to disable the SMTP Imonitor but to no avail. Anyone have any ideas?
